The following policy is listed in the tournament rules.

Cast Policy/Medical Limitations: Due to the potential injury to any player, individuals with a hard cast on (including but not limited to) the forearm, upper arm or leg/foot will not be permitted to play. Simple ace wraps, finger splints and knee braces with full sheath covers are permitted.
